This policy clearly explains when a refund, an exchange or a redo is possible. We want you to order with confidence, no nasty surprises.<\/p>\n<p><em>Last updated: July 2026.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>1. Produits personnalis\u00e9s\u00a0: ventes finales<\/h2>\n<p>A garment printed or embroidered with your visual is one of a kind: we can't put it back up for sale. For this reason, <strong>custom products are neither refundable nor exchangeable<\/strong>, unless there's an error or defect on our part (see section 3). This applies to any piece carrying your design, your logo or your text.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Check your order on delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Inspect your items <strong>as soon as they arrive<\/strong>. If something's off (a print defect, a damaged piece, the wrong item), write to us <strong>within 7 days<\/strong> following receipt, with your order number and some <strong>photos<\/strong> of the problem. After that window, we unfortunately can no longer guarantee a redo.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Defective, damaged or non-conforming item<\/h2>\n<p>If the mistake is on us (wrong piece, wrong colour, defective print, damage during delivery), we fix it <strong>on us<\/strong>. Selon le cas, on\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reprints and replaces the item, or<\/li>\n<li>refunds you the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We handle approved replacements within roughly <strong>10 business days<\/strong>. Your file, your artwork: your responsibility<\/h2>\n<p>We print <strong>exactly what you approve<\/strong>. Une fois l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve approuv\u00e9e, on ne peut pas rembourser pour\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une faute de frappe ou une erreur pr\u00e9sente dans ton fichier\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>un fichier de basse r\u00e9solution qui ressort flou ou pix\u00e9lis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;impression\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>a color difference caused by your file (color profile, uncalibrated screen).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When in doubt, ask us for advice <em>before<\/em> de valider\u00a0: c&rsquo;est gratuit et \u00e7a \u00e9vite les d\u00e9ceptions.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Order cancellation or change<\/h2>\n<p>You can cancel or change your order <strong>as long as production hasn't started<\/strong>, generally within <strong>12 hours<\/strong> following the purchase, or before your proof is approved. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.<\/p>\n<h2>7. How we refund you<\/h2>\n<p>When a refund is approved, we put it back on your <strong>original payment method<\/strong> (card, via Square). Usually counts as <strong>5 to 10 business days<\/strong> before you see the amount, depending on your financial institution.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Shipping fees<\/h2>\n<p>Shipping fees are not <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, sauf si le retour d\u00e9coule d&rsquo;une erreur de notre part.
