The information we collect<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on what you do on the site, we may collect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Your contact info<\/strong> : name, email, phone, delivery and billing address;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your order details<\/strong> : products, customizations, sizes, notes;<\/li>\n<li><strong>The files you upload<\/strong> : logos, artwork, images intended for printing;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Some technical data<\/strong> : IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies, see section 6);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your exchanges with us<\/strong> : emails, messages from the contact form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Payment:<\/strong> your card details are handled directly by our secure payment processor (Square). <strong>We never see or store your full card number.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>3. Why we use them<\/h2>\n<p>We use your information only to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>process, produce, and deliver your order;<\/li>\n<li>contact you about your order (proof, tracking, question);<\/li>\n<li>handle returns, refunds, and customer service;<\/li>\n<li>meet our legal and accounting obligations;<\/li>\n<li>improve the site and, <strong>if you consent<\/strong>, send you our new arrivals and promotions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Who we share them with<\/h2>\n<p>On <strong>never sells<\/strong> your personal information. We only share it with the partners who help us run the store:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>our <strong>payment processor<\/strong> (Square);<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>carriers<\/strong> who deliver your package;<\/li>\n<li>our <strong>technical providers<\/strong> (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality agreements;<\/li>\n<li>the authorities, if the law requires it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the case of an order of <strong>group store<\/strong> (school, team, organization), the partner organization can see the information needed to manage its group order.<\/p>\n<h2>5. How long we keep them<\/h2>\n<p>We keep your information as long as needed to process your order and meet our accounting and legal obligations, then we delete or anonymize it. Visual files are kept for a reasonable time so you can reorder, then removed.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>The site uses <strong>cookies<\/strong> to run your cart, keep you logged in and understand how the site is used. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, but some features (like the cart) might not work properly anymore.<\/p>\n<h2>7.
