Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the H12 Impressions site and the orders you place on it. By browsing the site or ordering, you agree to what follows. We kept it clear and human.

1. Use of the site
You can use this site to shop, configure your products and place legitimate orders. You agree not to use it fraudulently, not to disrupt its operation and not to try to access parts that aren't meant for you. We can refuse or cancel an order that seems fraudulent or contrary to these terms.
2. Customer account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity under your account. Let us know quickly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
3. Products, prices and availability
We do our best to keep the descriptions, prices and visuals accurate. Even so, a mistake can slip in: we reserve the right to correct a pricing or description error and, if applicable, to cancel an affected order with a full refund. On-screen colours may vary slightly from the actual product depending on your screen.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus taxes where applicable.
4. Your content and your artwork
When you send us a logo, an image, or text to print, you guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to use and reproduce it. You're responsible for the content you submit; we can refuse to print a visual that:
- infringes a copyright or a trademark;
- is hateful, defamatory, violent, or illegal;
- goes against our values.
You grant us the right to use your visual solely to produce your order. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may show a photo of the finished product in our portfolio; just let us know if you'd rather we didn't.
5. Orders and personalization
An order becomes firm once the payment received and, if applicable, the approved proof. Since our products are made to order, check our Refund Policy and our shipping policy which are an integral part of these terms.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our processor (Square). By paying, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
7. Intellectual property of the site
The H12 Impressions logo, the content, the text, the visuals and the site's design belong to us (or are used with permission). You can't copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
We do everything we can to offer a reliable site and quality products. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here reduces the rights guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Act from Québec.
9. External links
The site may contain links to other sites. We're not responsible for their content or their practices: check their own terms.
10. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one shown here, with its update date. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Québec and the Canadian laws that apply to it. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Québec.
