Privacy Policy

At H12 Impressions, we only collect what we need to process your order and serve you right. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what your rights.

Last updated: July 2026.

1. Who we are

H12 Impressions is a Québec company that prints and personalizes garments (DTF, embroidery, graphic design). When we say "we" on this page, we mean H12 Impressions. For any privacy question, write to us through our contact page.

2. The information we collect

Depending on what you do on the site, we may collect:

  • Your contact info : name, email, phone, delivery and billing address;
  • Your order details : products, customizations, sizes, notes;
  • The files you upload : logos, artwork, images intended for printing;
  • Some technical data : IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies, see section 6);
  • Your exchanges with us : emails, messages from the contact form.

Payment: your card details are handled directly by our secure payment processor (Square). We never see or store your full card number.

3. Why we use them

We use your information only to:

  • process, produce, and deliver your order;
  • contact you about your order (proof, tracking, question);
  • handle returns, refunds, and customer service;
  • meet our legal and accounting obligations;
  • improve the site and, if you consent, send you our new arrivals and promotions.

4. Who we share them with

On never sells your personal information. We only share it with the partners who help us run the store:

  • our payment processor (Square);
  • the carriers who deliver your package;
  • our technical providers (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality agreements;
  • the authorities, if the law requires it.

In the case of an order of group store (school, team, organization), the partner organization can see the information needed to manage its group order.

5. How long we keep them

We keep your information as long as needed to process your order and meet our accounting and legal obligations, then we delete or anonymize it. Visual files are kept for a reasonable time so you can reorder, then removed.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies to run your cart, keep you logged in and understand how the site is used. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, but some features (like the cart) might not work properly anymore.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the Québec's law on the protection of personal information (Loi 25), you have the right to:

  • view the information we hold about you;
  • get them done fix if they're inaccurate;
  • request it deletion when possible;
  • withdraw your consent from marketing communications at any time.

To exercise one of these rights, write to us through the contact page : we follow up within the timeframes required by law.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access (secure server, encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access). No system is perfect, but we handle your data seriously.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision; any important changes will be flagged on the site.
